Any order that is cancelled within 2 hours of placement will be fully refunded by reversing the payment.
Orders cancelled later but before shipping will be refunded but we retain the right to withold up to 20% of the item price to cover possible expenses.
Orders for made-to-order items such as wool clothing can be cancelled before shipping for repayment of 70% of the item price since the item will have to be completed and then sold at discount.
Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled and must be handled as returns.
Children are not eligible to make purchases on our site, and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. Minors may only make purchases under the supervision of their parents or guardians. We are not responsible for minors using their parents' credit card.

Consumable products sold on the Arctic Selection website are made from a mixture of different quality food materials. Customers who have food allergies or when the products purchased may be consumed by someone who does should contact Arctic Selection for information about product content.
